Leading Retirement Solutions (LRS) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to strengthen our dynamic, growing team. The business partner will play an integral role in ensuring that LRS’s human resources operations and policies are scalable and advance the team’s mission to provide best-in-class support, tools and resources for our employees at every stage of their experience.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute on organizational and people strategies

     Consult with managers of all levels in areas of talent strategy, including management training and coaching, team member engagement programs, organizational development, and employee relations.

     Quickly identify business needs; develop and present solutions aligned with leaders to help drive results in the organization.

     Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

     Provide first-level resolution and guidance on employee relations and interpersonal matters.

     Drive the performance management process including objective/goal setting, performance reviews, and salary recommendations. Provides performance management advice and coaching to support leaders and employees.

     Knowledgeable on employment law and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Keeps abreast of Human Resources and industry trends and makes appropriate recommendations.

     Manage and scale HR systems and procedures that support organizational growth.

     Support all human resources processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, engagement, performance and leave management.

     Facilitate the recruiting process, including planning interview workflows, ensuring involvement of appropriate stakeholders, negotiating offers, new hire paperwork and onboarding process.

The employee may be asked to perform other additional services and duties as requested by the Chief Executive Officer.

Desired Qualifications

     5+ years experience in Human Resources developing processes, policies and culture

     Passion for results; able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner

     Strong background in payroll and benefits administration, systems and compliance.

     PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred.

     Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem- solving.

     Excellent decision making, conflict management, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

     Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively including strong oral, writing and listening skills. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

     Must be able to work independently. This person will operate as a team of one.
