Salary Range (DOE): $65,000 to $80,000

Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and non-traditional investments.
Role Responsibilities
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the oversight of the sponsor, participant, and partner onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and be customer obsessed. To provide world-class customer service to our potential clients, business partners, agents, broker dealers, carriers, other third-party administration firms/recordkeeping firms. This includes managing client and advisor expectations and meeting service timelines for new retirement plan clients to ensure a positive and efficient onboarding experience the scale of activity ranges from single product implementations to large, complex plans involving multiple products and multiple entities, and includes a range of constituents. Essential Job Duties
• Leads execution of key implementation projects and resources across multiple departments and disciplines to manage customer relationships from sales handoff through successful implementation to handoff with ongoing client services team.
• Takes ownership and delivers results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while working in cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactively drives internal department tasks to completion by scheduled due dates.
• Creates and maintains documentation, policies, and procedures for assigned tasks.
• Collaborates with team members and external partners to continuously improve implementation processes.
• Provides assistance and support to clients and partners for how to successfully manage their new plan
• Reads and responds in a professional and timely manner to all correspondence received.
• Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, client, and research matters.
• Leads effective training sessions for clients and business partners.
• Ensures client requirements are understood and work closely with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on scope and solutions.
• Provides hand-off to Client Service and Administration team to ensure a smooth transition for the client and advisor including identifying all open issues.
• Executes post implementation and satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices.
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges
• 2+ years of experience onboarding company sponsored retirement plans and/or experience in the financial services or investment industry
• Lead numerous cross-functional projects against tangible milestones and consistently deliver valuable outcomes
• Work well in a team with an ability to communicate expectations, requirements, and progress to senior leaders, peers, and team members
• Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service
• Have an enviable level of attention to detail, and catch things that others miss
• Deadline and Results driven
• Solutions-oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities.
• Strong command of technology and ability to learn new software solutions easily and quickly.
• Be able to demonstrate the strengths and abilities that help oversee processes and guiding initiatives.
• Excellent decision making, conflict management, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively including strong oral, writing, and listening skills. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work independently as we are a fully remote company.
Preferred Qualifications
• ASPPA RPF 1, ASPPA RPF 2, or QKA certifications preferred.
• Experience with SRT preferred.
• Experience in the retirement plan industry is preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The work environment is usually an indoor setting with infrequent exposure to outside elements. This position requires less than 5% of travel.
• The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside a home office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a printer.
